Epic Settlement Services is announcing today that they have expanded and are now Epic Settlement Group. Epic partnered with a family of national title agencies with over 100 employees that does business in multiple states. The partnership allows Epic to expand its geographic footprint, offer clients leading edge services, and prepare for the future with the best resources possible.
“Our clients are the most important part of our business,” says Epic founder Lisa Peters Brown. “This considerable investment in technology and resources will enable us to serve our Central Pennsylvania clients better in the rapidly evolving title and closing environment, as well as serving our many clients who move to, or live in, other markets.”
Epic’s office location and dedicated staff in State College will remain the same, while the client experience will improve due to streamlined processes, enhanced technology, and communications.
“We are redoubling our commitment to Epic experience, ethics, and excellence, and are excited for our future,” says Peters Brown. “We will have a new logo and name over the door, but inside you’ll find our same friendly, expert staff and excellent service--but better."
Peters Brown will serve as President and Managing Partner of Epic Settlement Group alongside Dave Wierzbicki, CEO of Edge Settlement and Co-Managing Partner and Vice President of Epic Settlement Group. The new partnership enables Epic Settlement Group to join a family of companies that provide exceptional title and closing services in more than 30 markets and to hold licenses in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, and Florida. The business is backed by Fidelity National Financial Family of companies.
“We are thrilled to make this announcement with Epic,” says Wierzbicki. “And look forward to leading the title and closing market in the region.”
