Franklin J. Fyalkowski, Esq.

Frank Fyalkowski received his B.A. degree from Washington & Jefferson College (1971), and his J.D. at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law (1980). He was Vice President and Western PA Agency Manager for First American Title Insurance Company in its Pittsburgh office. From 1980 to 1995, he was engaged in private/solo law practice, and also acted as general counsel for a Pittsburgh-area title agency, of which he was part owner. Before joining First American Title in 2003, he was agency representative and underwriting counsel for Lawyers Title in Pittsburgh. Frank has been an instructor and lecturer at Continuing Legal Education and CE seminars for various County Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute, and the National Business Institute. He was the Education Chair for the Western PA chapter of PLTA. Frank has been advising and training for Epic Settlement since 2016.
William T. Fleming, Esq.
Legal Counsel
Tim Fleming has been practicing both criminal and family law since his admission to the Pennsylvania and Centre County Bar Associations since 1983-84. Tim has been both a prosecutor and defense attorney and in those capacities has been involved in myriad cases at very high levels. In his role as legal counsel for Epic Settlement Tim prepares deeds and advises Epic on all matters relating to the application of Pennsylvania law as it pertains to property and personal responsibility. His formidable background has prepared him to deal with every contingency encountered in the title world.
